1. Breif Introduction
At present, the concrete construction for wall of a well and pump house in the mine is mainly carried by mechanical spraying pump and manual placing. The weakness of the construction by mechanical spraying pump are complex structure, easy break-down, poor quality of construction and low efficiency. The detects of the construction by manual placing are vast shelves needed, big labour intensity, long construction period, poor quality of construction and low efficiency. While general concrete pump used by builder now with big size, complex structure and high price, which is absolutely not suitable for the construction in narrow space under mining well.
This product is designed especially for the fact that the narrow space of chamber and wicket in the well of coal mine as well as the equipment must be anti-explosion. Its function is delivering the finished concrete by means of pipeline to the placing site. This product is mainly used for the concrete placing project in chamber and wicket in the well of coal mine, also can be used for concrete delivering and placing of other construction project such as tunnel,bridge and culvert as well as ground construction etc.
The pump is daringly scientific transformation by our company on the basis of our ingesting and digesting currently advanced concrete pump technology home and abroad. Continuing the prominent features such as anti-explosion motor as power source, hydraulic control and small size with the advantage of transporting easily. The delivery capacity is increased from the primary 20m³/h to 50 m³/h and 80 m³/h now. The delivery pressure is changed from the former 8Mpa to 13Mpa and 16Mpa, all these greatly improve the delivery speed and distance.
The pump can be used for concrete project in the pit ( colliery concrete pump, metal mine concrete pump, copper mine concrete pump, Phosphate concrete pump, iron mine concrete pump,alumina mine concrete pump and tin ore concrete pump etc.) but also can be used for other concrete construction such as the railway and highway, tunnel, bridge and culvert, Water & Electricity, mine, high-rise building and national defence etc.

2.Main function
1.)It can be used for the concrete roadway support, wall thickness filling and bottom plate laying.

3.)It can quickly finish the isolation between the gob and closed abandoned roadway
4.)It can refill the solid waste of the well and solve the problem of coal gangue discharging
5.)It can spray the roadway instead of wet shotcreting machine and finish temporary support.
